Since our partner Startrader is regulated and licensed, they will require you to do a so-called KYC. KYC. This means that you have to identify yourself with an ID document and proof of the address you live at.
Make sure you have a picture of either your passport or other identity document. Also make sure you have a picture of a bill from e.g. your electricity company. Your electricity company, with your name and address in the same picture.
Also make sure you have your money to invest ready and available to transfer to your Startrader account.
Please note, if you are following this guide via your smartphone. Do not use the Startraders APP, but use your browser on your phone.

2. fill in all the details in the correct order (Tip, fill in the password before clicking "Send Code", the code will come to the email you provided, copy it and paste it)
3. fill in your details and then click on "Next".
4. Select the account type as shown below and then click on "Next".
5. Now it will take a while until your account is created, in the meantime you should identify yourself. Click on "ID Verification".
6. fill in your personal information, choose the type of identification, fill in the number of your ID or passport. Then click on "Upload" to select the picture of your ID or passport. Then click on "Submit".
7. Now your documents will be verified and you will receive an email when it is done. Close the window.
8. Once the verification of your ID is complete, you will receive an email as below.
9. Now go back to your account (log in again if you have been logged out).
10 . Now you should verify your address with the POA. Click on "Profile" in the menu.
11. At "Upload the POA certificate to unlock withdrawal qualification", click on "Submit".
12. fill in all the information, then click on "Upload" and select the file you are going to upload as proof that you live at the address you provided. Then click on "Submit" (this could be a utility bill, mobile phone bill, bank statement, etc. It is important that your name and address appear on the image you upload).

13. Now it should be verified, close the window.
Once the verification is complete, you should receive an email. If you don't receive it, you can go to your profile and check the status. (Please note, Complete the account opening process is submitted until you make a deposit). The next step, is to deposit money into your account. Follow the next steps in this guide "Deposit money into your account at Startrader".
1. Log in to your Startrader account using the details you created the account with.
2. Scroll down and click on "Login"
3. When you get into your account, click on "Deposit".
3. If you see anything with a deposit bonus, do not use any of these, as they do not work with our service. Close the window and proceed by clicking on "Don't show this again".

4. VSelect the deposit method you want to use, click on the method you want to use. If you want to deposit via card, then choose "Credit Card GCC" as you can verify with BankID etc.

5. you can track your deposit by going to "Funds" and then to "Transaction History". (If you have deposited via card or cryptocurrency, this should not take more than a few minutes)
6. Once the deposit is complete, you can see it on your first page in your back office.
(Make sure to have your login details available that you received in the email in step 15 of the first registration part - Create an account with Startrader).

- Fill in your "Trading Account" (7 digits, this is your account number you received when you created your account in step "Create account with Startrader")
- Fill in the "trading Password" (which you received in the email in step 15 in the section - Create account with Startrader.)
- Fill in the amount you want to trade with (Minimum $1000).
- Check that you agree to the terms "I agree to terms of PAMM service" and click on "Invest".

3. Choose the deposit method you want to use.

- Make sure the correct account is selected in the list.
- Enter the amount you want to deposit..
- Enter your card number.
- Select the payment method (Card/Apple Pay or Google pay in this case.)
Then click on "Submit".
(Depending on the method you chose to deposit, the amount of time it takes for the money to arrive in your account will vary).
5. You will now be redirected to the payment gateway. Fill in all the card details and then click on "Pay Now". (Note that the amount is converted to Emirati currency = AED, this is normal as it will automatically be converted to USD, the amount in USD is shown below).
6. the process itself only takes a few minutes, if you want to follow your transaction, go to "Funds->Transaction History" in the menu.
7. Once the deposit is complete, you can see it on your front page inside your back office.
8. Go to the login page for our service.
9. Log in with your details you received in the previous email, in step 15 of the section - "Create account with Startrader"

PAMM (Percentage Allocation Money Management) is a solution where a professional account manager executes transactions on behalf of clients. In this arrangement, the account manager acts as a fund manager, while the clients are investors. The PAMM account allows investors to pool their funds and gives them access to professional fund managers and their trading strategies.
The PAMM system is mainly used in the forex market and allows investors to make money from trading without having to perform technical analysis or take positions themselves.
Investors often face capital constraints when trading on their own. To overcome this challenge, a PAMM account allows the fund manager to pool funds from multiple investors into a single trading strategy. Investors receive a share of the profits in proportion to their contribution to the PAMM account's capital.
Advantages of PAMM accounts
Since we work with PAMM accounts, this means that you as a customer set up your own investment account with our partner. This account is then linked to our main account, which we administer. Then everything we do with the actual trade is reflected in your investment account. We have no access whatsoever to our clients' investment accounts. You as a customer have full control over your own account, except for the trading itself.
Then there is always a risk with any investment, whether you are trading in funds, shares or currencies. We cannot guarantee that there will be no losses. But over time, we see a growth of about 40% per year.
This means that one month the result may be 3%, another month it may be -0.75% but the third month the result will be 4.5%. But with history, we can see that growth over time is positive.
In addition, we offer a guarantee for the first three months.
Since our partner is international, it is calculated in dollars. So the minimum investment is $300, which at the time of writing corresponds to 3.138,44 kr.
Since you as customers never deposit or withdraw money via us, but this is done directly via our partner, it is their payment methods that apply. But they have the following:

All deposits and withdrawals are made via our partner Startrader. But in general the following applies.
You make your withdrawal via Startrader. You must initially withdraw using the same method you deposited money. i.e. If you deposit €5,000 via your Visa card, the first €5,000 must be withdrawn to the same Visa card. Once the same amount is withdrawn to the same method of deposit, you can withdraw to the other withdrawal methods. The reason for this procedure is because Startrader is regulated and thus complies with the Money Laundering Act.

We use a robot to trade in the foreign exchange market. This robot has been around for a long time and has performed well historically. The robot we use has many settings and we have a well-functioning strategy that involves a very low risk. Risk management is key in forex trading and we would rather see smaller results with low risk than higher profits with high risk. We know that the robot we use can perform up to 10-15% in profit per month but the risk is higher and we want to minimize the risk in our service. We aim for a safe and constant growth instead of a randomly high profit.
Because we are so confident in our service, we provide a guarantee for the first three months. This guarantee means that you, the customer, are guaranteed 3% profit per month for three months. In practice, this means that if you as a customer would not make a profit of 9% in three months, we will pay you the missing profit up to 9%. However, we pay a maximum of up to SEK 1,000 in guarantee!
Example 1:
You as a customer invest 5.000 SEK, after three months you expect a profit of 450 SEK. But after three months you only have a profit of 350 kr, then we will add 100 kr to your investment account.
Example 2:
You as a customer invest 50.000 kr, after three months you expect a profit of 4.500 kr. But after three months you only have a profit of 3,500 SEK, then we will add 1,000 SEK (maximum guarantee) to your investment account.
By seeing this investment as something that will grow over time! And then the best way to get the best results is to think of it as savings. After making your first investment, make sure to turn our service into a monthly savings. By making it a monthly savings, you will also benefit more from the "Interest on Interest" effect.
Example:
You invest €10,000.
Without monthly savings:
In one year with 3% per month and interest on interest, you have about: 14.257 kr.
With monthly savings of €500:
In one year at 3% per month and interest on interest, you have about: 21.353 kr.
Again, because our partner is international, it's in dollars. So the minimum monthly savings is $50, which at the time of writing is equivalent to 522.73 kr.
