Since our partner Startrader is regulated and licensed, they will require you to do a so-called KYC (Know Your Customer). This means that you must identify yourself with an ID document and proof of your residential address.
Make sure you have a picture of either your passport or other ID saved on the device you are using. Also make sure you have a picture of a bill from, for example, your electricity company, where you can see your name and address on the same picture.

The password must comply with the following requirements:
1. 8-16 characters + numbers (0-9)

11. Now you will verify your address with POA. Click on “Profile” in the menu.
12. At “Upload the POA certificate to unlock withdrawal qualification”, click “Submit”.
13. Fill in all the information, then click “Upload” and select the file you want to upload as proof that you live at the address you entered. Then click “Submit”. (This can be a utility bill, mobile phone bill, bank statement, etc. It is important that your name and address are visible in the image you upload).

14. Now it should be verified, close the window.
When the verification is complete, you should receive an email. If you do not receive it, you can go to your profile and check the status. (Note, Complete the account opening process is listed as submitted until you make a deposit). The next step is to deposit money into your account. Follow the next steps in this guide “Deposit money into your account at Startrader”.
1. Log in to your account at Startrader with the information you used to create the account.
2. Scroll down and click on “Login”
3. When you enter your account, click on “Deposit”.
If something pops up with a deposit bonus, do not choose to use any of these, as they do not work with our service. Close the window and move on by clicking on “Don’t show this again”.

4. VChoose which deposit method you want to use, click on the method you want to use. If you want to deposit via card, select "RECOMMENDED"

PAMM (Percentage Allocation Money Management) is a solution where a professional account manager executes transactions on behalf of clients. In this arrangement, the account manager acts as the fund manager, while the clients are the investors. The PAMM account allows investors to pool their funds and gives them access to professional fund managers and their trading strategies.
The PAMM system is primarily used in the forex market and allows investors to make money from trading without having to perform technical analysis or take positions themselves.
Investors often face capital constraints when trading on their own. To overcome this challenge, a PAMM account allows the fund manager to pool funds from multiple investors into a single trading strategy. Investors receive a share of the profits in proportion to their contribution to the PAMM account's capital.

Since we work with PAMM accounts, this means that you as a customer set up your own investment account with our partner. This account is then linked to our main account that we administer. Then everything we do with the actual trading is reflected in your investment account. We have no access whatsoever to our customers' investment accounts. You as a customer have full control over your own account, except for the actual trading.
Then there is always a risk with all investments, regardless of whether you trade funds, stocks or currencies. We cannot guarantee that there will be no losses. But over time, we see a growth of about: 40% per year.
This means that one month the result may be 3%, another it may be -0.75% but the third month it will be a result of 4.5%. But with history, we can see that the growth over time is positive.
